Early childhood pedagogical practice in schools is often challenged by debates about best practice and ongoing change through new policy initiatives.
Join Dr Amie Fabry for this one-day event to hear about her research as she investigated how early childhood pedagogical leaders assist early years teachers embed ECE pedagogy.
Hear about the successful strategies used to promote and sustain change in ECE contexts and the critical role leadership plays in the process.
You will receive a copy of the ‘Lead with Intention’ a framework for leading the early years of school. Amie will guide you to explore the text and discuss how to successfully lead in the early years. Together you will unpack the framework and consolidate why early childhood pedagogical leadership is pivotal in schools to enable young children to thrive. Learn how this role can be supported and enacted to bring meaningful improvement to pedagogical practice.

Dr Amie Fabry is a devoted early childhood educator with almost two decades of diverse experience who merges research with hands-on practice to uplift leaders in pedagogical transformation. At The Learning Future, she crafts professional programs, drawing from her rich background as a teacher, academic, consultant, and researcher, consistently sparking educational evolution.
