An Agreement in Principle to replace the current 2019 General Agreement (Schools) was endorsed by Executive on 14 April 2022. Your Executive is of the view that this proposed agreement is the best outcome which can be negotiated at this time.
It is now time for all members who will be covered by this proposed agreement to consider the details of the proposed agreement prior to a vote as to whether to approve the terms and conditions set out in the proposed General Agreement (GA) 2021, amendments to the Award 1993 and matters to be covered by way of an Exchange of Letters.
