Executive endorsed some key actions under the TAFE4ALL Campaign.
A key focus will be an awareness raising campaign with community groups and NGOs to inform them of the potential risks to TAFE provision of community programs, return to and transition to work programs and English as a second language programs.
Information will also be prepared for schools as under the new competitive funding model we may see VET in schools programs also losing access TAFE as a public provider.
We wish to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we live and work. We wish to pay respect to their Elders - past, present and future - and acknowledge the important role all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within Australia. We stand in solidarity.
