Graduate teacher: L2.1

A graduate teacher employed at L2.1 currently receives $78,397 gross salary and a $1,600 graduate allowance. 

In 2025, a L2.1 graduate teacher would receive $88,178 gross salary and an increased graduate allowance of $2,000 for a salary package of $90,178 gross pay. This represents an increase in their gross salary of $10,181 or 12.73 per cent.
